The price you see at checkout for a listed repair is the price you pay. If we find additional damage during the repair, we contact you before doing anything extra.

Book the repair, pay, then follow the mail-in instructions we provide with the shipping destination and packing guidance. We update you at each step and ship the device back when it's finished.

What does the 90-day warranty cover?

It covers defects in the parts we installed and in our workmanship for 90 days, according to our written warranty policy.

Accidental damage — drops, cracks, impact and liquid exposure after the repair — is not covered, and neither is damage caused by another repair provider.
